Tongfeng Company's 2006 Logistics Transportation Bidding Announcement
On October 28th, the polyester film production line project for capacitors of TSF Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., located in Tongfeng Electronic Industrial Park, Tongling Economic and Technological Development Zone, officially started construction. TSF Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by our company and SKC, a subsidiary of SK Group, a Fortune 500 company in South Korea. The polyester film production line for capacitors that has started construction this time is the first phase project of TSF Company, with a total investment of 28.0293 million US dollars. It is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2006. Tang Shiding, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Wang Ren, Deputy Director of the Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Wang Gangying, Deputy Mayor, and other leaders at all levels, as well as leaders of the Sino Korean joint venture, attended the groundbreaking ceremony on that day.
Trial production of polypropylene high-temperature resistant film production line (BOPP-4) project
The production line project of high-temperature resistant polypropylene film for capacitors at Tongfeng Electronics Co., Ltd. has made breakthrough progress. On April 3rd, the main factory building of the 7440 square meter production line was successfully topped out, marking that the key project has entered the core construction stage.
On April 25, 2004, Anhui Tongfeng Electronics Co., Ltd. officially passed the completion acceptance of the 170 million yuan multi-functional capacitor film production line technology renovation project. The successful completion and operation of this project not only made the company's capacitor film production capacity leap to the world's first place, but also successfully trial produced the world's thinnest 3-micron capacitor film with a production speed of 280 meters per minute, which has reached two limit values in the world capacitor field. This marks that Tongfeng's biaxially oriented polypropylene film technology has entered the world-class level.
Recently, a new computer monitored 35KV substation in Tongfeng has been successfully operated for one-time power transmission, making our company leap into the ranks of the largest number of power users in the region. The completion and operation of this substation can not only ensure the company's 10-15 years of production power consumption, but also achieve the best level of safety, reliability and technology progressiveness in the city, completely solving the company's power consumption concerns.
