Since the introduction of the first biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film production line from Germany in 1989, Tongfeng has been deeply involved in the field of capacitor films for decades, continuously iterating technologies and developing new products to drive innovation and development in the industry. The company currently has eight professional polypropylene film production lines with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons.
The product range includes roughened films, corona-treated roughened films, corona-treated flat films, non-corona-treated flat films, and base films for composite current collectors. The temperature resistance of the products covers 70°C, 85°C, 100°C, and 115°C, with a thickness range of 2.0 micrometers to 18 micrometers, allowing precise adaptation to different working conditions and customization needs of customers.
