Since introducing its first biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film production line imported from Germany in 1989, Tongfeng has focused on capacitor-grade polypropylene film for decades. We continuously upgrade technologies, develop new products and drive innovative progress across the industry. The company now operates 8 dedicated polypropylene film production lines, with an annual output capacity of 20,000 tons.

Our product portfolio comprises roughened film, corona-treated roughened film, corona-treated flat film, non-corona-treated flat film, and base films for composite current collectors. The products feature temperature resistance grades ranging from 70°C, 85°C, 100°C to 115°C, with thickness spanning 2.0 μm to 18 μm, enabling precise matching for diverse operating conditions and customized requirements from global clients.
