In January, the election for the new term of the Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Commission was completed; the first-phase assessment target for the company's equity incentive plan was successfully achieved; and the technical transformation project for the new production line of Film One was successfully commissioned for trial production.

In March, the capacitor sector was integrated, and a capacitor business department was established.

In April, the labor union completed the election for the new term of the labor union committee. The company co-hosted the fourth meeting of the second session of the Transmission and Transformation Materials Standardization Technical Committee of the China Electricity Council.

In May, we passed the corporate social responsibility assessment conducted by EcoVadis, a globally authoritative third-party organization, and were awarded the Social Responsibility Commitment Award.

In February, the front-line production of thin films underwent transformation and upgrading.

In March, the China Machinery Industry Federation hosted a technical appraisal meeting in Beijing for the new product of the fully domestically produced DC dry-type capacitor jointly developed by Tongfeng Electronics and the China Electric Power Research Institute. The capacitor successfully passed the technical appraisal for new products. The company's Women Workers Committee was awarded the title of "March 8th Red Banner Collective" in Anhui Province.

In May, we successfully passed the review for the "National Civilized Unit" status. The "Key Technology R&D and Industrialization Project of Thin Film Capacitors for Ultra-High Voltage Applications" that we participated in was awarded the third prize of Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Progress.

In August, the project "Research and Development of Key Technologies and Industrialization of High-Speed Rail Capacitors and Their Dielectric Materials", jointly applied for with Tongling University, won the second prize of the China Electronics Standardization Association Science and Technology Progress Award.

In October, Meifeng Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. commenced production and operations; the new energy electronic components factory project was completed and handed over for use.

In November, the coating sector was integrated and a Coating Business Department was established.

In December, the collaborative project "Research and Development of Key Materials and Equipment for Domestic High-Performance DC Capacitors" was awarded the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress by the China Electrotechnical Society in 2025.

In March, it was awarded "Excellent" in the evaluation of provincial-level enterprise technology centers in 2023, and was recognized as the 13th Anhui Provincial Civilized Unit.

In May, the second coating machine for the smart grid supporting coating equipment project was successfully installed, debugged, and accepted.

In September, the project "Research, Development, and Industrialization of High-Temperature, High-Pressure Resistant, Low-Loss Polymethylpentene Capacitor Film (BOPMP)" was selected for the 2024 Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Pioneer Program; and was awarded the title of "Environmentally Friendly and Trustworthy Enterprise in Anhui Province".

In October, the ultra-thin film material project for new energy (eight-line) was commissioned for material feeding and debugging.

In November, the groundbreaking ceremony for Meifeng Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was held at the Weihua Industrial Park in Rayong Province, Thailand.

In February, the application for issuing A-shares to specific targets was accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

In March, it was awarded the title of "Double Strong and Six Good" Non-Public Enterprise Party Organization in the Ninth Batch of Anhui Province and the Tongdu Labor Award.

In April, it was awarded the title of "Advanced Collective in Labor Competition" in Anhui Province.

In July, the construction of the "Anhui Provincial Key Laboratory for High Energy Storage Capacitors and High-Performance Dielectric Thin Film Materials" was approved.

In September, we took the lead in implementing the project of "Research and Development and Industrialization of Key Technologies for New Energy Capacitors, Their Components, and Composite Dielectric Materials", which is a special project for collaborative innovation in the high-tech industry chain under the key research and development plan of Anhui Province.

In October, the first phase (seven production lines) of the ultra-thin film material project for new energy was put into operation.

In December, the election for the 10th term of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors was completed; the employee equity incentive plan was successfully implemented, with 8.953 million restricted shares granted to 192 management and technical key personnel; the intelligent three-dimensional warehouse project was completed and put into use.

In June, the Operation Team A of Film Branch's Film Line B was awarded the Excellent Team in the National Ankang Cup Competition.

In August, the company initiated a project to raise 400 million yuan through a non-public issuance of A-shares; it passed the national "Informatization and Industrialization Integration" management system A-level assessment; and the first phase of Fengcheng Company's new energy vehicle capacitor project was put into production.

In October, it was awarded the title of National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise.

In June, we hosted working group meetings for the "National Standard for Capacitors Used in the Damping Absorption Circuit of High-Voltage Direct Current Transmission System Converter Valves" and the "Energy Industry Standard for DC Support Capacitors Used in Flexible DC Transmission Converter Valves".

In July, it was decided to invest in the construction of the "Ultra-thin Film Material Project for New Energy", "Capacitor Project for New Energy Vehicles", and "Capacitor Project for DC Grid Transmission".

In August, "Power Capacitors with Good Heat Dissipation Performance" won the Anhui Provincial Patent Excellence Award.

In September, the Capacitor Film Branch's Film Line B Operation Team A was awarded the provincial "Ankang Cup" competition's winning team for the 2019-2020 year.

In October, it was awarded the title of "Environmental Protection Integrity Enterprise" in Anhui Province for the year 2020.

In December, a joint venture cooperation signing ceremony was held with South Korea's Sungmoon Corporation, where both parties invested to establish a joint venture company to implement a project for capacitors used in new energy vehicles.

In June, it was awarded the title of the 12th Civilized Unit of Anhui Province.

In July, it was awarded the honorary title of "Model Enterprise for Harmonious Labor Relations" in Tongling City for the year 2020.

In October, the Management Committee of Tongling Economic and Technological Development Zone became the actual controller of the company, and the company fully integrated into the new round of development plan of Tongling Economic and Technological Development Zone.

In November, the election for the new term of the board of directors and the board of supervisors was completed, and new senior management personnel were appointed. The company was awarded the honorary title of "Sixth National Civilized Unit".

In June, Tongai Company achieved mass production of 1.9-micron capacitive polyester film.

In April, the AC front-line workshop of the Capacitor Company was awarded the title of "Advanced Collective of Anhui Province" by the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government;

In August, it passed the re-examination of national AAA-level measurement management system certification.

In October, all four capacitive film production lines located in the south factory area of Shicheng Avenue were relocated to the Tongfeng Industrial Park in the Economic Development Zone and underwent renovation and upgrading.

In February, the production lines for novel thin film materials for smart grids (BOPP-5) and thin film materials for new energy applications (BOPP-6) were completed and put into operation.

In January, the "2013 Light of Quality" award ceremony was held in Beijing, where our company was honored with the "Quality Management Innovation of the Year" award.

In January, the private placement project was successfully completed, raising a total of 756 million yuan. The funds were used to implement technological transformation projects for thin film materials for new energy applications and new types of thin film materials for smart grids, aiming to develop high-end electrical thin films.

In November, it passed the certification of the International Railway Industry Standard IRIS 02 system.

In March, polyester film for capacitors and MFO type power electronic capacitors were awarded as Anhui Famous Brand Products.

In June, the new administrative office building, research and development building, staff canteen, and multiple standardized workshops in Tongfeng Industrial Park were completed and put into use. The second BOPET production line project, as well as the expansion projects for power electronic capacitors and AC capacitors, were completed and put into operation.

In December, it was awarded the "Tongling Mayor Quality Award" for 2012 and recognized by the Science and Technology Department of Anhui Province as one of the first batch of Anhui International Science and Technology Cooperation Bases.

In December, the Ministry of Personnel approved the establishment of a postdoctoral research station in the company.

In March, a coating base was established in Wenzhou, serving Wenzhou and its surrounding markets.

In August, the high-temperature resistant polypropylene film for MPP-HT capacitors was awarded as a National Key New Product.

In September, it was awarded the title of "National Advanced Enterprise in Quality Management" by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China.

In July, the special fund for treasury bonds, "Metallized Film and Self-Healing AC Capacitor Expansion and Renovation Project," was completed and put into operation.

In December, the company was awarded the title of "National Contract-honoring and Promise-keeping Enterprise" by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. The CL62 metallized polyester film capacitor was recognized as a national key new product.

In June, Tongfeng Electronics' stock was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, becoming the first listed company in China specializing in thin-film capacitors.

On June 9th, the 9-micron ultra-thin single-sided and double-sided polypropylene roughened film, as well as the CBB65 AC motor explosion-proof capacitor, were awarded as National Key New Products.

In September, it was recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a key enterprise in the Tongling Electronic Materials Industrial Base under the National Torch Plan.

In April, it was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

In April, the national "Double-Increase Project" and the provincial Torch Program project, "The Second Production Line for Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Film (BOPP-2) with an Annual Output of 2,500 Tons for Capacitors," were completed and put into operation.

In May, the Anhui Electronic Basic Materials and Components Engineering Research Center was established

In December, the aluminum edge-thickened metallized film and the safety explosion-proof metallized film were awarded as National Key New Products.

In June, the establishment of Anhui Tongfeng Electronics Co., Ltd. was initiated.

In August, it was among the first batch to pass the ISO9002 quality system certification in the domestic industry.

In January, production lines for miniaturized and AC (electric power) capacitors were introduced from Japan and Italy to meet the demand for the development of thin-film capacitors towards miniaturization and lightweight.

In May, the National Torch Plan Zinc-Aluminum Edge Thickening Metallized Film Project was implemented, leading the development of zinc-aluminum edge thickening metallized film in China. It was also the first to research and design a network-like metal surface structure, and developed a safe explosion-proof zinc-aluminum metallized film.

In February, it entered the top 100 Chinese electronic components enterprises.

In September, it was renamed Tongling Film Capacitor General Factory.

In July, the production line of biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP-1) introduced from Germany was completed and put into operation, forming the only integrated production pattern of "film for capacitors, metallized film, and film capacitors" in China.

In November, the high vacuum coating machine imported from Germany was completed and put into operation, achieving the localization of metallized film products.

In May, the metallized film capacitor production line introduced from Japan was put into operation.

In April, the first batch of CL11 capacitor products was successfully trial-produced, filling the gap in thin-film capacitor products in Anhui Province.

In December, Tongling Radio Component Factory No. 2 was established, switching its production to capacitors.

The predecessor of Tongfeng Company, Tongling Clothing Production Cooperative, was established and later renamed as Tongling City Garment Factory. At that time, its fixed assets were merely 50,000 yuan.
