On the afternoon of September 4th, Wu Tiandong, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and his delegation visited our company for inspection and research on the implementation of the Trade Union Law. By tapping internal potential, conserving energy, expanding market development, and intensifying technological innovation, the company achieved efficiency through rigor, sought effectiveness through innovation, and competed for efficiency through speed. This approach enabled the company not only to absorb the unfavorable factors brought about by product price reductions but also to maintain steady growth in various economic indicators in the first half of the year, successfully achieving half of the tasks and half of the time. From January to June, the joint-stock company achieved a total industrial output value of 350 million yuan, an increase of 26% compared to the same period last year, completed sales revenue of 134 million yuan, and realized profits and taxes of 25.14 million yuan.
Recently, Tongfeng Electronics Group Company conducted a comprehensive educational training for 26 newly recruited undergraduate graduates. Through detailed explanations of the company's development history, corporate culture, production processes, rules and regulations, etc., the new employees timely deepened their understanding of the overall situation of the company and further enhanced their sense of identity and belonging to Tongfeng.
