In order to inherit the excellent traditional culture of China, carry forward the red spirit bloodline, enrich the leisure life of young employees, and enhance team cohesion, on April 24th, the company's Youth League Committee organized young employees to go to Jing County, Anhui Province to carry out a youth union building activity with the theme of "Exploring the Cultural Heritage of Xuan Paper and Revisiting the Red Revolution Years", allowing young employees to experience the charm of traditional skills while receiving profound patriotic education

The first stop of the activity is China Xuan Paper Culture Park. Under the guidance of professional guides, the young employees visited the popular check-in spot "National Paper Living Room" and the well-established Xuan Paper Museum one by one, systematically understanding the millennium history, unique raw materials, and exquisite craftsmanship of Xuan paper. Subsequently, everyone personally got started and experienced the ancient paper picking technique in batches. By personally inserting pulp into curtains, shaping, and pressing, each process allows participants to deeply appreciate the craftsmanship spirit of "hard won sheet paper". At the world's largest "Three zhang Three" giant propaganda production workshop, everyone witnessed the shocking scene of more than 40 people working together to produce an 11 meter giant propaganda paper, and experienced the profoundness of this human intangible cultural heritage on site.

In the afternoon, the young employees went to the Memorial Hall of the former site of the New Fourth Army Headquarters in Yunling to embark on a red study tour. In the old site, young employees visited historical relics such as the headquarters ink garden, Dafudi, and the military headquarters hall. Through the theme exhibition of "Iron Army Spirit, Illumination for Thousands of Years", they watched precious revolutionary relics such as General Ye Ting's relics and listened to the glorious deeds of the brave soldiers of the New Fourth Army. Scenes of history and mottled objects transport everyone's thoughts back to the revolutionary era of war, and deeply appreciate the rich connotation and contemporary value of the "Iron Army Spirit".

This themed team building activity has a tight schedule and rich content, integrating cultural experience, practical operation, and ideological education. Young employees have expressed that the activity not only relaxed their minds and bodies, but also enhanced communication among colleagues.
