On April 23-24, the fourth meeting of the second session of the Standardization Technical Committee for Transmission and Transformation Materials of the China Electricity Council was successfully held at the Fengda International Hotel in Hefei.

This conference is hosted by the China Electricity Council Transmission and Transformation Materials Standardization Committee, the Composite Materials Professional Committee for Power Grid Engineering of the China Composite Materials Society, and the Power Grid Corrosion Protection and Safety Professional Committee of the China Corrosion and Protection Society. It is organized by China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd. and co organized by Tongfeng Dianzi, State Grid Anhui Electric Power Co., Ltd. Electric Power Science Research Institute, and Zhongguancun Intelligent Power Industry Technology Alliance Energy and Power Materials Professional Committee. Experts representatives from the national power industry, research institutes, and backbone enterprises gathered together for academic exchanges to discuss the construction of standards, technological innovation, and industrial upgrading plans in the field of power transmission and transformation materials.

During the conference, the attending representatives focused on reviewing multiple group standards in the field of power transmission and transformation materials, conducting a review of standard proposal proposals, and conducting in-depth technical discussions on cutting-edge directions such as dry-type support capacitors, metalized film insulation, capacitor film preparation processes, silicone rubber outer insulation material recycling, and anti-corrosion of power grid equipment.

Chu Songchao, Executive Vice General Manager and Chief Engineer of the company, attended the conference on behalf of the company and delivered a special report titled "Research and Application of Dry type Capacitor and High performance Film Material Technology" during the technical exchange session.
