This marks that Tongfeng's biaxially oriented polypropylene film technology has entered the world-class level.

In recent years, Tongfeng Electronics Co., Ltd. has adhered to the principle of "developing enterprises through technology", and through technological transformation and industry university research cooperation, has formed a leading product with independent intellectual property rights - "Electrical Three Films". Among them, the annual production capacity of metalized film is 4000 tons, the annual production capacity of AC capacitors is 400 million microfarads, the annual production capacity of new DC thin film capacitors is 300 million pieces, and the production capacity of capacitor thin film is 8000 tons. Both production capacity and market share rank first or top among domestic peers.

The technology transformation of the multifunctional capacitor film production line this time, the company fully relies on its own technological advantages and years of accumulated experience, continuously explores the core technology of capacitor film production, actively digests and absorbs foreign technology on the basis of introducing foreign equipment, strengthens self innovation ability, and only saves 7.22 million yuan in funds for the company through equipment localization transformation and equipment bidding during construction. After a period of trial production, the production capacity of the capacitor film on this production line has greatly exceeded the design production capacity, reaching 3600 tons. The newly developed double-sided roughening film, ultra-thin optical film (3 μ m) and other new products not only fill the domestic gap and bring China's polypropylene film production technology close to the international level, but also drive the development of China's high-voltage full film power capacitor industry, rapidly enhancing the company's international competitiveness.
