Recently, a new computer monitored 35KV substation in Tongfeng has been successfully operated for one-time power transmission, making our company leap into the ranks of the largest number of power users in the region. The completion and operation of this substation can not only ensure the company's 10-15 years of production power consumption, but also achieve the best level of safety, reliability and technology progressiveness in the city, completely solving the company's power consumption concerns.

There were originally three 10KV power supply lines in Tongfeng, which were scattered and had many faults. They were often affected by power outages, which had many adverse effects on production. To ensure the power supply for the upcoming third stretch film line and other new projects, the company invested nearly 9 million yuan at the end of 2000 to build a 35KV substation with a capacity of 20 megavolt amperes. The cables were directly laid from the Xiejialong substation, and the line was not affected by power outages by the municipal power supply bureau. The electricity bill was also greatly reduced, saving about 680000 yuan in electricity bills annually. At the same time, the project adopts advanced and mature new technologies in the field of power, such as microcomputer relay protection and system monitoring, with a high degree of automation and safe and convenient operation. With just a click of the mouse, operation, monitoring, and adjustment are all under control.
