The production line project of high-temperature resistant polypropylene film for capacitors at Tongfeng Electronics Co., Ltd. has made breakthrough progress. On April 3rd, the main factory building of the 7440 square meter production line was successfully topped out, marking that the key project has entered the core construction stage.

The total investment of the high-temperature resistant polypropylene film production line project for capacitors of Tongfeng Company, which started construction on November 18 last year, is 178.6 million yuan. The plan is to form an annual production capacity of 4300 tons of high-temperature resistant polypropylene film for capacitors. After the completion of the project, Tongfeng Company's capacitor film production capacity will continue to expand its scale advantage on the basis of currently ranking first in the world, and continue to lead the national electrical film manufacturing industry. In recent years, Tongfeng Company has continuously strengthened technological innovation and exploration around the core technologies of capacitor films, metalized films, and thin-film capacitors. Through the combination of industry, academia, and research, it has not only fully mastered the key technologies of capacitor films, but also developed a series of high-tech products. Among them, the independently developed high-temperature resistant polypropylene film product for capacitors has filled the gap of similar products in China and has been recognized as a national key high-tech product by the National Economic and Trade Commission. High temperature resistant polypropylene film products for capacitors have stable performance, high temperature resistance, and high technical content and added value. Mass production of these products can not only create significant economic benefits, but also effectively enhance the international competitiveness of China's film capacitor industry in the high-tech field.

As a key new project implemented by Tongfeng Company this year, the project department of the company closely cooperates with the design, construction, supervision and other departments, carefully plans and accelerates the progress of various tasks. At present, the construction of the main factory building and equipment bidding for the project have been basically completed. It is expected to enter the installation of key equipment in May and be put into trial production early next year.
