Trial production of polypropylene high-temperature resistant film production line (BOPP-4) project

On December 18th, the high-temperature resistant polypropylene film production line project for capacitors, independently designed and constructed by our company, successfully entered trial production, marking the initial success of the project construction. The company's electrical film production and core technology have once again achieved a leap forward.

Polypropylene capacitor film is the leading product in our company's "Electrical Three Films" core industry chain. Currently, the company maintains the world's largest production advantage in this product. In order to effectively ensure stable product quality and complete varieties through more specialized division of labor, and enhance product competitiveness, the company has invested 178.6 million yuan to start the construction of the fourth film pulling line - the polypropylene high-temperature resistant film production line for capacitors. After the project is completed, the company's annual production capacity of polypropylene film will reach 12000 tons, continuing to lead the national electrical film manufacturing industry.

Different from the previous three film pulling lines, the new line changes the previous way of providing complete sets of equipment and technology from foreign suppliers. The company is responsible for the overall design, planning and organization, installation and commissioning of the construction process. This is a bold attempt based on technical experience and is also the first in the same industry in China. The company will conduct equipment bidding for the entire production line, select key equipment based on their strengths, and draw on the strengths of domestic and foreign equipment manufacturing enterprises. By reasonably configuring and recombining a high-level comprehensive performance production line, this not only greatly reduces the construction cost of the production line, but also enables the company to further master various core technologies of the electrical film production line. The company's capacitor film manufacturing level has been greatly improved once again.

Since the equipment installation of the project was put into operation on August 16th this year, the staff of the project department have overcome various difficulties and created a new record. The installation time of each unit has been reduced compared to the past. In the project construction, the most critical French DMT company's horizontal and vertical pulling equipment was delayed by two months, which brought greater difficulties to the already tight installation work. While intensifying coordination, the project department decisively adjusted the installation plan, breaking the established procedure of installing from horizontal and vertical pulling to both ends in the past, and changing it to closing from both ends to the middle. The installation of each unit of equipment progressed simultaneously, and the employees worked together to overcome difficulties. While ensuring quality and quantity, they raced against time to accelerate the progress. Finally, they regained the precious time lost and completed all installation work according to the schedule requirements.
