Copper Peak Electronics Co., Ltd. is a national large-scale first tier enterprise, a national key high-tech enterprise, and the first listed company in China's capacitor film industry. Its leading products include AC and DC capacitors, optical films, roughened films, and metalized films. Most products are packaged in cardboard boxes when they leave the factory, with a volume ranging from 0.2 to 1.5 cubic meters. The annual sales and transportation volume of products is 8000-10000 tons, as well as some returned products, recycled plastic pallets, plywood, etc. The company's normal transportation mainly relies on box trucks. In order to adapt to market competition and reduce transportation costs, our company has decided to solicit bids from logistics companies with strong capabilities in Tongling area or surrounding areas to seek product transportation units. Please invite logistics companies with certain transportation capabilities to come and negotiate. When negotiating, the transportation unit needs to provide a cooperation plan, which mainly includes the following aspects:

1、 Vehicle equipment and cargo security situation:

1. Firstly, provide a general description of the management situation of your logistics company;

2. Bring the original business license of the unit (along with a copy);

3. Original vehicle insurance contract (with one copy);

4. Original copies of operation certificate, maintenance certificate, insurance certificate, and driving license (including one copy of each of the four certificates).

5. Basic information on the configuration and loading of certified vehicles, as well as measures to ensure the safety of our company's goods (specific introduction of safety measures and methods). Our company's products are high-value electrical accessories. During transportation, attention should be paid to moisture, dust, compression, collision, and chemical corrosion prevention.

2、 Service system:

The transportation contracting unit must send personnel to inspect the first, third, and fourth sales departments in Tongfeng, strengthen communication with the sales department planner, strive to grasp the product delivery information in the first time, notify the driver to load the goods at the factory in a timely manner, and ensure that the products are safely, quickly, and timely delivered to the designated location.

3、 Transportation price:

Our company's three sales departments have an average monthly sales and transportation volume of around 800 tons, including dedicated vehicles and scattered loading, as well as some returned products and recycled packaging materials. We are now offering a reasonable comprehensive price per ton kilometer based on your company's operational situation for our reference (the comprehensive price includes unloading capacity fees and invoicing taxes for some customers). The quotation shall be separately stated in writing and stamped with the unit's invoice, and the freight rate shall be negotiated and contracted under the premise of mutual agreement.
