On the morning of February 20th, Dr. Teng Yi, Senior Manager of UTC Asia Pacific Supplier Development Joint Technology Company, Xi Zheng, Senior Procurement Manager of Carrier's Global Procurement Office, and Li Tao, Supplier Quality Manager, came to the company for lean production training and guidance. Company leaders Fang Xigang, personnel from the Technical Quality Department, Human Resources Department, Equipment Power Department, Production Planning Department, Material Supply Department, leaders of the Capacitor Company, and relevant technical personnel from the Manufacturing Department attended the training. According to Manager Zhang from the Technical Quality Department, our company passed Carrier's Q+3 quality system review in 2003, and our product quality and production scale are at the leading level in the domestic industry, which has been recognized by Carrier.

Over the past few years, Carrier has sent people to visit our company multiple times, and after years of communication and cooperation, both parties have gradually gained trust. Carrier has included Copper Peak in its Global Gold Supplier Training Program, which will bring great opportunities for the improvement of Copper Peak's production management and quality management levels. The two-day rehearsal training was divided into three project groups: business process improvement, technical quality improvement, and manufacturing process improvement. It popularized knowledge and concepts related to lean production for production management personnel, quality management personnel, technical personnel, etc., and planned the next activities and goals to be achieved by the groups.

On the 25th of this month, Carrier will send a team of 8 experts to our company to work with the project team members to carry out lean production improvement activities, which will last for one week. The ultimate goal of carrying out lean production activities is to save production costs, shorten delivery times, improve product quality and productivity. At the same time, this activity will also greatly enhance the skills of relevant management and technical personnel.
