On the morning of September 24th, the 2019-2020 Anhui Province "Ankang Cup" Competition Experience Exchange Conference was grandly held at the Daoxianglou Hotel in Hefei. The conference commended a group of outstanding winning collectives and individuals who achieved outstanding results in the "Ankang Cup" competition activities. The B-line operation team of the capacitor film branch won the title of the winning team in the 2019-2020 provincial "Ankang Cup" competition.
From June 12th to 16th, the working group meetings on "National Standards for Capacitors for Damping Absorption Circuits of High Voltage DC Transmission System Converter Valves" and "Energy Industry Standards for DC Support Capacitors for Flexible DC Transmission Converter Valves" were held in Tongling, hosted by Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd., a affiliated unit of the National Power Capacitor Standardization Committee and the National High Voltage DC Transmission Equipment Standardization Committee, and undertaken by Tongfeng Company
In order to seize market opportunities and expand the mid to high end markets of SMD crystal products such as consumer electronics, mobile communications, security monitoring, and the Internet of Things, the company has decided to implement a smart IoT micro SMD crystal project, which will be constructed in two phases. Since the start of the project construction at the end of 2020, Fenghua Company has conscientiously implemented the company's decision-making and deployment, carried out equipment selection, installation and commissioning, market development, production organization and other work according to the project schedule, and successfully completed the various construction tasks of the first phase of the project in July. In August, Fenghua Company achieved a production capacity of 23 million SMD crystal products, with an additional sales volume of 8 million units in the first phase of the project, successfully achieving production and sales matching. At present, the construction of the second phase project is actively progressing according to plan.
On September 7th, Hu Qishu, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary General of the Municipal Party Committee, came to the company for research. Zhou Jian, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Tongling Economic Development Zone, participated, and Huang Mingqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, accompanied the research.

According to the annual joint construction assistance work plan of the company and in accordance with the requirements of the "Learning Party History, Doing Practical Things, Stabilizing Poverty Alleviation, and Promoting Revitalization" activity, on August 20th, the leadership of the company's Party committee led some assistance responsible persons to Yiqing Village, Baimei Township, Zongyang County to carry out a donation and assistance activity, and distributed scholarships to two financially disadvantaged students who were admitted to universities in the village this year.
On the morning of August 5th, the company's party committee organized employees to participate in a group voluntary blood donation activity at the city center blood station. The vast number of party members, cadres, and employees of the company actively responded to the call for voluntary blood donation. On the same day, 45 employees attended the event, of which 39 successfully donated a total of 12700 milliliters, exceeding the annual blood donation task assigned by the Municipal Blood Donation Office.
