In the past six months, the Quality Management Center has independently planned teaching plans and compiled teaching materials in its spare time, and insisted on training quality statistics methods and tools for quality management personnel of various molecular companies every Friday afternoon. At present, I have completed training courses such as "Seven Techniques of Quality Control", "Basic Quality Statistics (Six Sigma Basis)", "Statistical Process Control", "minitab Software Application", "Counting and Measurement Sampling Inspection", "Measurement System Analysis" and so on.
In the training process, the quality management center strengthens self-study and communication, attaches importance to the combination of theory and practice, and strives for diversification and effectiveness in form and content. It strives to make abstract concepts of quality statistics more lively, so that everyone can learn the basics easily while mastering solid skills and better apply knowledge and skills to production practice. Through modern methods and tools to achieve scientific decision-making, promote the quality management work from experience-based to scientific transformation, and ultimately comprehensively improve the quality management level of the company.
