The Quality Management Center conscientiously implements the company's requirements for strengthening training, enhancing knowledge and skills, and improving quality management. It regularly organizes a series of training sessions for quality management personnel, achieving good results.

For the past six months, the Quality Management Center has used its spare time to independently plan lesson plans and write teaching materials, and insists on providing training on quality statistical methods and tools to quality management personnel of various subsidiary companies every Friday afternoon. At present, training courses such as "Seven Methods of Quality Control", "Basic Quality Statistics (Six Sigma Foundation)", "Statistical Process Control", "Minitab Software Usage", "Counting and Measurement Sampling Inspection", and "Measurement System Analysis" have been completed.

During the training process, the Quality Management Center strengthens self-learning and communication, attaches importance to the combination of theory and practice, strives for diversity and effectiveness in form and content, and strives to make abstract concepts of quality statistics more vivid and lively. It allows everyone to easily learn the basics while solidly mastering skills, better applying knowledge and skills to production practice, achieving scientific decision-making through modern methods and tools, promoting the continuous transformation of quality management work from experiential to scientific, and ultimately comprehensively improving the company's quality management level.
