In order to further leverage the important role of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) in strengthening internal governance, enhancing risk management capabilities, and strengthening brand reputation, the company recently organized a series of ESG themed training sessions. The training focuses on the four core topics of social responsibility management, and includes multiple sections such as the overall framework and key projects. Authoritative experts in the industry are invited to give on-site lectures. Leaders from various production units and relevant functional departments of the company, as well as business backbones, participated.

In the overall framework of the training, the expert system explained the concept of sustainable development, and combined with the history of ESG development, provided a detailed analysis on how to effectively integrate ESG concepts in all management processes and stakeholder management practices of enterprise operations.

In the key special section, experts systematically explained the standard requirements and implementation points around the four themes of "environment, labor rights, business ethics, and sustainable procurement". The training adopts a three-stage path of "diagnosis benchmarking exercise", conducting data review of the company's 2024 ECOVADIS rating, comparing industry best practices on site, and designing practical cases to guide students to complete policy gap analysis, evidence chain improvement, and corrective action plan (CAP) design in groups. The training site has frequent interactions and a lively atmosphere. Participants actively ask questions based on their actual business needs. Experts answered questions and provided practical solutions and suggestions one by one.

During the training process, in response to the new requirement of greenhouse gas emission inventory, experts also proposed a three-step work method of "investigation, precise implementation, and long-term supervision" to promote enterprises to further improve energy conservation and carbon reduction work.

This training effectively enhanced the social responsibility awareness of key personnel, clarified work objectives, laid a solid foundation for the company's next social responsibility management review, and injected new momentum into the coordinated development of economic and social benefits of the enterprise.
