On August 28th, the evaluation results of the third "China Electronic Components Industry Association Science and Technology Award" for the year 2025 were announced. The "Key Technology Research and Industrialization of High speed Railway Capacitors and Their Dielectric Materials" project jointly applied by the company and Tongling University won the second prize of the China Electronic Components Industry Association Science and Technology Progress Award.

The project successfully developed a long-life, low inductance, low loss, low temperature rise, and high reliability capacitor that can meet the high-power use of high-speed rail traction inverters, breaking the foreign monopoly of high-end capacitors required in the high-speed rail field and solving the bottleneck problem of high-end rail transit capacitors. The project has been granted a total of 16 patents, including 10 invention patents and 6 utility model patents; Published a total of 9 papers and co authored one technical monograph; Participated in the compilation of two national standards. The products and technologies of this project have strong competitiveness in domestic and international markets, and have been applied to many rail transit projects at home and abroad, achieving good economic and social benefits.
