Recently, the company held the 2025 Employee Electrician and Forklift Skills Competition at the Municipal Vocational Center and Tongling Vocational and Technical College, respectively. A total of 46 contestants participated in this competition, focusing on "precise operation, efficient operation, and safety regulations" to engage in exciting competition. The competition system is designed to benchmark the professional skill level recognition standards, divided into two stages of theory and practical operation, comprehensively demonstrating the professional competence and practical ability of the company's frontline skilled talents.

The atmosphere at the electrician skills competition site is rigorous and focused. Participants need to complete a series of processes such as component testing, correct installation according to the circuit diagram, system debugging, and troubleshooting within 3 hours, fully testing their theoretical knowledge, operational proficiency, and adaptability. The judges will give a comprehensive score to the contestants based on five dimensions: graphic recognition standards, circuit troubleshooting efficiency, instrument usage accuracy, power on test results, and safe and civilized operation.

The forklift skills competition focuses on the operator's proficiency and psychological qualities. The project is closely aligned with the actual work scenario, requiring contestants to complete actions such as turning back and forth, precise pallet transfer and stacking within a limited time, and ensure that the mineral water bottles on the pallet remain stable and cannot fall off during obstacle maneuvering. Competition not only requires speed, but also emphasizes the smoothness and accuracy of operation, fully reflecting the high standard of homework requirements.

After on-site scoring and evaluation by the judges, and comprehensive theoretical test results, the top three for the electrician project and the top six for the forklift project were ultimately determined. This competition comprehensively tested the professional knowledge reserve, practical operation level, and safety production awareness of the contestants. On the field, the contestants presented a professional and entertaining skills competition with solid foundation, exquisite skills, and stable on-site performance, vividly interpreting the craftsmanship spirit of "striving for excellence and pursuing excellence". The event not only provided a platform for electricians and forklift operators to showcase their skills and exchange experiences, further creating a corporate atmosphere of "valuing skills and respecting talents", but also effectively stimulated the enthusiasm of frontline workers to study technology and improve skills through competition to promote learning and practice.
