In order to strengthen the quality awareness of all employees, learn and exchange advanced experience, and improve the level of quality management, on July 25th, the company successfully held the 2025 QC achievement press conference in the vocational classroom on the second floor of the office building. Chu Songchao, Executive Vice General Manager and Chief Engineer of the company, as well as the heads of the company's quality management department, technical quality leaders of each subsidiary, QC team members, and employee representatives, gathered together to review the latest achievements made by various units in the field of quality management.

Chu Songchao emphasized in his commentary and summary speech that QC activities are an important tool for enterprises to improve their quality management level and an effective way to stimulate employees' innovative vitality. We hope that all units can further improve the quality of QC results topic selection, and make targeted improvements based on expert comments and suggestions to ensure that QC results are better integrated with reality and achieve practical results. The quality management department of the company should persistently promote QC activities, organize specialized training, improve the level of quality tool application and problem-solving ability, and continuously enhance the overall level of QC activities. The company will continue to increase its support for QC activities, encourage more employees to engage in innovative practices in quality management, and inject new impetus into promoting the high-quality development of the company.

After strict screening and careful polishing in the early stage, a total of 15 excellent QC achievements were showcased on-site at this press conference. The representatives of each group vividly presented their research results and practical achievements in multiple fields such as production process optimization, product defect improvement, cost control, and efficiency improvement through detailed PPT presentations, clear data comparisons, and in-depth case analyses. In this press conference, some units also arranged for newly recruited college student employees to participate, using this as an opportunity to cultivate reserve forces.

To ensure the professionalism and fairness of the review, a professional review panel composed of technical and quality experts from the company will be present at this press conference. The judges gave strict and comprehensive ratings to each project from multiple dimensions, including the pertinence of the project topic, the scientificity of the problem analysis, the effectiveness of the improvement measures, the significance of the results and benefits, and the performance of the on-site release, and provided detailed comments on each project one by one. The review not only fully recognized the efforts and outstanding contributions of each group, but also put forward highly constructive improvement suggestions in a targeted manner. After independent scoring by the judges, the project achievement of "Improving the Excellent Product Rate of 12 μ mOPP Coarse Film" by the Film Branch won the first prize, the project achievement of "Improving the Excellent Product Rate of Ultra Wide Film Cutting" by Copper Love Company won the second prize, and the project achievements of "Improving the Qualification Rate of Elliptical Aluminum Shell" by the Accessories Branch, "Improving the Qualification Rate of Lead Crimping Terminal" by the Capacitor Branch, and "Eliminating the Edge Rolling Phenomenon of Metallized Film" by the Coating Branch won the third prize.
