From September 20 to 28, the 2024 skills competition for fitters and argon arc welders, jointly organized by the company's trade union, Human Resources Department, and Equipment and Power Department, was held at Tongling Technician College and the Power Electronics Capacitor Branch, respectively, with 30 employees actively signing up to participate.

At the fitter competition site, the contestants responded calmly, answered questions seriously, and completed the machining of parts within a limited time using methods such as quantity, filing, and sawing. Everyone was busy and nervous on the workstation, comparing product drawings from time to time, striving for accuracy and fully demonstrating their skills and professional qualities. At the argon arc welding competition site, the arc light is overflowing and the welding flowers are flying. The contestants use their skilled skills to measure on the operating table and use welding equipment to weld the materials to complete the welding of the welded joints.

During the competition, the contestants strictly followed the rules and demonstrated excellent professional skills. After on-site scoring and evaluation by the judges, and comprehensive theoretical test results, the top six in the fitter project and the top three in the argon arc welding project were ultimately determined.

Through skill competitions, the goal of promoting learning and surpassing through competitions has been achieved, further enhancing the skill level of employees, stimulating work enthusiasm, and creating a good atmosphere of "comparing, learning, catching up, and surpassing".
