On May 31st, a team of 13 experts from the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) visited our company to conduct on-site witness of the film preparation process based on self-developed resin and to investigate high-voltage DC dry capacitors. The experts hailed from various institutions including the SGCC Economic Research Institute, UHV Company, DC Center, Zhiyan Institute, Jibei Electric Power, Tianjin University, and Xuji Electric. Huang Mingqiang, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, Chu Songchao, the Executive Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer, as well as relevant leaders and technical personnel from the Film Branch, Coating Branch, Power Electronic Capacitor Branch, and Technology Center, participated in the event.

At the first project progress report meeting, Chairman Huang Mingqiang delivered a welcome speech, expressing warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to all experts for their visit and guidance. Huang Mingqiang pointed out that in the localization process of flexible DC capacitors, Tongfeng Company has fully leveraged the unique advantages of its integrated industrial chain of thin-film capacitors, established in-depth cooperative relationships with the State Grid, well-known domestic universities and colleges, and sister units. Through continuous technological innovation, the company has successfully optimized the preparation process of domestic particle thin films, achieving a breakthrough in the full localization of flexible DC capacitors. The company will continue to work with all partners to unswervingly advance the project research and development process, realize the widespread application of flexible DC capacitors and their dielectric materials at an early date, cultivate and train more technical talents in the industrial chain, continuously enhance the company's technological innovation capability and core competitiveness, and contribute its own strength to China's thin-film capacitor industry.

Chu Songchao gave a detailed report on the company's film preparation process based on self-developed resin, as well as the research, experimentation, and application of high-voltage DC dry capacitors. He also engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions with the attending experts.

After the briefing and exchange, the expert team proceeded to the Film Branch, Coating Branch, Power Electronics Capacitor Branch, and Laboratory for on-site preparation process witness and experimental verification, gaining insights into the control techniques and relevant experimental data of key processes across the entire industry chain.

At the summary and exchange meeting held in the afternoon, the participating experts highly praised Tongfeng Company's preparation advantages in the entire industry chain of thin-film capacitors. They requested that the company's flexible and straight capacitor production line be completed and put into operation as soon as possible, and put forward specific requirements for the timely delivery of prototypes in terms of technology and time.
