On the afternoon of May 20th, the company's Party Committee held the opening ceremony for the Party discipline learning and education reading class. Huang Mingqiang, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, delivered a mobilization speech for the opening ceremony. Pan Shiyu, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, presided over the meeting. Members of the company's Party and government leadership team, members of the Discipline Inspection Commission, secretaries of all Party (general) branches, heads of all units and departments, and leaders of the Youth Committee attended the meeting.

When delivering a mobilization speech for the class, Huang Mingqiang emphasized that discipline is the "discipline rod" for managing and governing the party, and it is the lifeblood of the party. We should focus on studying the regulations and deeply promote party discipline learning and education throughout the company. Secondly, we must grasp the learning focus, accurately understand the main points of the "six disciplines" of the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, and life discipline, clarify each discipline provision one by one, understand why they were revised, what changes were made, and the considerations behind the revisions, to ensure thorough and effective learning, and practically use it to correct our thoughts and actions. Thirdly, we must integrate it into practical work, closely combine carrying out party discipline learning and education with enhancing the company's management and governance capabilities, and promoting the improvement of various work. We should continuously strengthen the construction, implementation, and supervision of systems, enhance warning education and the deterrent effect of laws and disciplines. Party members and leaders at all levels should consciously refer to the provisions of the "Regulations", put themselves, their responsibilities, and their work into it, timely identify problems and gaps, and clarify directions and measures for improvement. We should reflect the results of party discipline learning and education in improving work style, enhancing execution, and increasing work efficiency, transforming it into a powerful driving force for serving the overall situation and fulfilling responsibilities around the center, into a behavioral habit of exercising power impartially and practicing integrity in employment, and persistently forge a high-quality cadre team that is loyal, clean, and responsible, continuously creating a clean and positive atmosphere for the company's transformation and upgrading and high-quality development.

At the opening ceremony, all personnel also watched the specialized educational video on party discipline learning titled "Strengthening Discipline Construction is the Fundamental Strategy for Comprehensively Strengthening Party Discipline" and the cautionary educational film "Eliminating Corrupt Practices in State-owned Enterprises - A Record of Typical Cases of Exploiting the Enterprise for Personal Gain".
