On the afternoon of August 28th, Xiao Xin, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Anqing Normal University, led a team to visit and conduct research on school enterprise cooperation in the company, and held discussions. Xiao Xin introduced the school's construction and development plan. He pointed out that it is necessary to build a platform for school enterprise cooperation, leverage the dominant position of enterprise innovation, and strengthen interactive cooperation in scientific research projects, technological breakthroughs, and talent cultivation. Hiring 'off campus mentors' to enter the campus and exploring joint talent cultivation to provide high-level talents for the high-quality development of enterprises. Chu Songchao introduced the situation of industry university research cooperation between enterprises and relevant domestic universities and research institutes, and put forward positive suggestions on the content and form of deepening the cooperation between the two sides. The heads of relevant colleges and functional departments of the school respectively introduced the school's educational situation, professional layout, talent cultivation characteristics, and ideas and measures for deepening school enterprise cooperation. The head of the company's human resources department introduced the talent recruitment situation of the enterprise and gave a positive evaluation of the work and development of graduates from Anqing Normal University in the enterprise.
