On June 30th, the company held a grand celebration of the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the "Two Excellences and One Pioneer" commendation conference, commending outstanding Communist Party members, outstanding Party workers, and advanced grassroots Party organizations of the company for the years 2022-2023, inspiring and mobilizing Party organizations at all levels and the vast number of Party members to focus on their positions, forge ahead, and contribute their wisdom and strength to promoting the company's transformation and upgrading and high-quality development with a new attitude and full enthusiasm. Huang Mingqiang, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Bao Junhua, a member of the Party Committee and General Manager, read out the commendation decision. Pan Shiyu, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, presided over the meeting and made arrangements for implementing the spirit of the meeting. At the first swearing in ceremony for new party members, Party committee member Lin Zheng announced the list of new party members, welcomed them to join the party organization, and put forward hopes and requirements to them. Subsequently, the party committee member He Xiaoming took the oath, and the new party members took the oath of joining the party. In the "Two Excellences and One Pioneer" commendation session, the leaders of the company's party committee awarded honorary certificates to the commended objects, and the representatives of the "Two Excellences and One Pioneer" respectively made reports on their advanced deeds.

Huang Mingqiang delivered a speech on behalf of the company's party committee, reviewing the party building and economic work of the company over the past two years, putting forward requirements for the next step of work, warmly welcoming new party members who have joined the party organization, sincerely congratulating the commended "two excellences and one priority", and extending holiday greetings to the company's party members.

The speech pointed out that in the past two years, the company's party committee has conscientiously implemented the various decisions and deployments of the Party Working Committee of the Economic Development Zone, promoted development through party building, significantly strengthened the leading role of party building, accelerated the pace of transformation and upgrading, significantly improved economic and social benefits, continuously deepened the construction of party conduct and clean governance, and achieved new results in enterprise party building and economic work. The speech deeply analyzed the current situation, tasks, and challenges faced by the company, and put forward the following requirements for doing a good job in the second half of the year and the future period: firstly, to persistently deepen learning and education.   The second is to strengthen the sense of responsibility around the center.
