June this year is the 22nd National "Safety Production Month". In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on safety production, in accordance with the requirements of the "2023 National Safety Production Month" Activity Plan jointly issued by the Office of the State Council Safety Committee and the Ministry of Emergency Management, the company has solidly carried out the "Safety Production Month" series of activities around the theme of "everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies".

One is to deploy and mobilize effectively. The company has established a "Safety Production Month" activity leadership group led by Comrade Bao Junhua, the General Manager and Director of the Safety Committee, to carefully formulate the activity plan. At the end of May, the company's safety committee held a plenary meeting to study and promote General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remarks on safety production, watch safety production warning education videos, and announce the launch of the "Safety Production Month" activity to comprehensively deploy various work.

The second is to create a safe atmosphere. The company headquarters and various subsidiary companies carry out activity themes and promote safety production knowledge through electronic display screens, safety production signs, and other forms. Each workshop actively uses video education and other forms to familiarize employees with the content of safety production month.

Thirdly, conduct safety inspections. The leaders of the company's two-level safety committees continue to lead teams to carry out special safety inspections. Key inspections will be conducted on the work of the main responsible persons of each unit, as well as the safety situation of fire protection, electrical, site environment, personnel operation behavior, special equipment, etc. The inspection results will be reported, and specific rectification requirements and deadlines will be proposed for the identified risks and hidden dangers. At the same time, the company also invites external security experts to conduct on-site safety inspections and guidance, helping the company to identify and rectify deficiencies, and improve.

Fourthly, hold safety training. On the morning of June 14th, the company invited provincial-level safety production experts to provide training for management personnel above team leaders. The training focuses on the main responsibility of enterprise safety production, the responsibilities of the main responsible persons and safety management personnel, and the criteria for determining major hidden dangers, further enhancing the safety awareness of cadres and employees.

Fifth, conduct emergency drills. Starting from June 16th, special emergency drills for liquid oxygen leakage in the gold spraying and liquid oxygen process, fire emergency drills for the capacitor film branch, and mechanical injury special drills for the accessory branch of the Power Electronic Capacitor Branch have been carried out successively, providing practical simulations for employees and enhancing their hazard prevention and emergency rescue capabilities.

Six is to hold employee safety skills competitions. The competition revolves around the principles and policies of safety production, laws and regulations, company safety management system, emergency response for risk avoidance and escape, and job responsibilities for safety production. It adopts on-site grouping and answering methods to popularize knowledge. Thirteen teams from various units of the company actively registered to participate. The competition was successfully held on June 20th, further enhancing the safety production knowledge and abilities of frontline employees.

The company will take the opportunity of carrying out the "Safety Production Month" activity in depth, promote the year with a monthly approach, persistently and consistently, and promote safety production work to a new level.
