In order to strengthen the construction of the company's corporate culture, enrich the cultural life of young employees, promote communication among young employees, and listen to the demands and voices of young employees, on June 9th, the company's Youth League Committee, together with the company's labor union, human resources department, and party mass work department, jointly carried out a team building activity with the theme of "Setting Sail to the Copper Peak Dream, Building Wonderful Waves Together". Pan Shiyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of the company, as well as heads of the Human Resources Department, Party and Mass Work Department, Youth League Committee, and more than 30 young employees from various production units and government departments, attended the event.

In the team building activities, young employees participated in groups and successively carried out fun team building activities such as "ice breaking games", "skillful seven color boards", "self-service barbecue", and "real person CS confrontation". During the event, everyone united as one, shouted and cheered, and had laughter and joy. This not only effectively released work pressure, strengthened communication and exchange, but also demonstrated the young employees' spirit of unity, mutual assistance, and youthful vigor. Through education and entertainment, it also strengthened the young employees' sense of responsibility, resource sharing, division of labor and cooperation, and mutual trust in teamwork.

After the team building activity, in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, Pan Shiyu and young employees gathered around the event site to exchange and talk. Young employees actively express their ideas, suggestions, and demands regarding the development of the company and their own work, life, and growth. After carefully listening to the speeches of the young employees, Pan Shiyu requested that the relevant departments of the company carefully study the suggestions and demands put forward by the young employees, and promptly address those that can be resolved. Pan Shiyu further elaborated on how young employees can become "Tongfeng people" with ideals, courage to take responsibility, resilience, and willingness to strive, taking into account the new situation of the company's development, and put forward earnest expectations.
