On the afternoon of April 29th, the company held a youth worker symposium in the conference room on the first floor of the office building. Pan Shiyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, responsible persons of the company's trade union, human resources department, and party mass work department, as well as more than 20 representatives of young workers from the company's organs and various production and operation units, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Cao Daofu, the representative of the young exemplary individual, the third batch of municipal party member skill model winner, and Tao Qiang, one of the top ten employees of the company, shared their personal growth experience and work experience. The young worker representatives talked about their work feelings, shared their joy of growth, and put forward problems, concerns and work suggestions in combination with their own jobs.

After carefully listening to the communication and speeches of the youth worker representatives, Pan Shiyu, on behalf of the company's party and government leadership team, extended festive greetings to the attending youth worker representatives and, through them, to all young employees of the company, highly affirmed the role of young workers as a driving force in fighting against the epidemic and ensuring production. Pan Shiyu also introduced the current production and operation situation and development prospects of the company to the representatives of young workers, and put forward hopes and requirements for the work and growth of young workers: firstly, to have firm beliefs and lofty aspirations. The development of Tongfeng has entered a new era, and young workers should establish the concept of "growing together with Tongfeng", closely integrate the realization of their own ideals and aspirations with the development of the enterprise, connect with the enterprise's heart and share the same destiny, achieve a career, and realize their life value. The second is to be grounded in the position and down-to-earth. Seriously fulfill job responsibilities, love and refine one's work. Treat the position as a stage for growth, a place for learning, and a ladder for progress, and grow and succeed through practice. The third is to study diligently and be brave in innovation. The new situation and requirements for the transformation and development of Tongfeng require more energetic young people to contribute their intelligence and talents. The meeting requires all party (general) branches, trade union organizations, and relevant units and departments to sincerely care for and cultivate young employees, so that our young employees have a platform for work, progress in learning, and space for development. For young employees, dynamic management should be done well from onboarding training to career design, from internship management to quality improvement, including life, benefits, and development. Each grassroots party branch should actively absorb outstanding young cadres into the party organization. The relevant departments should promptly study and solve the problems and suggestions raised by the representatives of young workers at the meeting.
