   On the afternoon of April 29th, the company held a youth workers' symposium in the conference room on the first floor of the office building. Pan Shiyu, deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, leaders of the company's labor union, human resources Department, Party and Mass work Department, as well as more than 20 young workers from the company's organs and production and management units of the front line representatives attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Cao Daofu, the third group of Party member skills model winner, and Tao Qiang, the company's top ten workers, shared their personal growth and work experience. The youth workers' representatives discussed their feelings about work, shared the joy of growth, and put forward questions and concerns and suggestions.
After carefully listening to the communication and speech of the representatives of young workers, Pan Shiyu, on behalf of the party and government leaders of the company, extended holiday greetings to the representatives of young workers attending the meeting and through them to all the young workers of the company, highly affirmed the role of young workers in the fight against the epidemic. Pan Shiyu also introduced the current production and operation situation and development prospects of the company to the representatives of young workers, and put forward hopes and requirements for the work and growth of young workers: first, they should have firm faith and aim high. The development of Tongfeng has entered a new period, the majority of young workers should establish the idea of "I grow together with Tongfeng", closely combine the realization of their own ideal and ambition with the development of the enterprise, heart to heart, share the destiny with the enterprise, achieve a career and realize the value of life. Second, we should base ourselves on our posts and keep our feet on the ground. Conscientiously perform the job responsibilities, do a line of love, fine line. Take the post as the stage of growth, the place of learning, the ladder of progress, and grow and become a talent in practice. Third, we should study hard and be innovative. The new situation and new requirements of the transformation and development of Tongfeng require more energetic young people to contribute their wisdom and wisdom. The meeting required all party (general) branches, trade union mass organizations and all relevant units and departments to sincerely care for young workers and cultivate them with heart, so that our young workers have a platform for work, learning progress and development. For young employees, dynamic management should be done from induction training to career design, from probation management to quality improvement, including life, treatment and development. Grass-roots Party branches should actively absorb outstanding young cadres into Party organizations. As for the problems and suggestions raised by representatives of youth workers at the meeting, relevant departments should study and solve them in time after the meeting.
