Recently, the 2022 expanded meeting of the Municipal Committee's Non Public Economy and Social Organization Working Committee and the promotion meeting for the implementation of the Double Innovation and Double Enhancement Project were held in the second conference room of the Municipal Administrative Conference Center. The meeting commended some advanced grassroots party organizations and outstanding party members in the city. Cao Daofu, the B-line manager of the Capacitor Film Branch, was awarded the title of "Third Batch of Municipal Party Member Skill Model" and presented the award on site. This is the second time that two employees of the Relay Container Branch have been awarded this honor after being selected as the first and second batch of municipal party member skill models.

Comrade Cao Daofu is currently the B-line manager of the Thin Film Branch.
