On the morning of January 6th, the award ceremony for the first city wide trade union cadre business skills competition in Tongling City and the naming ceremony for the city's model worker craftsman innovation studio were held at the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. Liu Yaping, Secretary of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Relevant leaders of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, winners of the business skills competition, representatives of the Model Worker Innovation Studio, and others participated.

After being evaluated and accepted by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Chu Songchao Model Worker Innovation Studio recommended by the company's trade union was officially named and awarded at this meeting, becoming one of the eight newly named municipal model worker innovation studios in the city.

Comrade Mao Xuewen, selected by the company's labor union for the Party Mass Work Department, stood out from more than 130 participants from various levels of labor union systems in the trade union cadre business skills competition after theoretical written tests, practical operations, and evaluation by the judging panel, and won the second prize.
