On December 28th, the founding meeting, first shareholders' meeting, board of directors, and supervisory board of Fengcheng Company were held in the conference room on the first floor of the office building in Tongfeng Industrial Park. Huang Mingqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Tongfeng Electronics Company, Bao Junhua, General Manager, Guo Chuanhong, Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer, Li Purong, General Manager of Qingdao Chengwen Electronics Company, and Zhang Qingyan, Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting.

The meeting listened to the report on the establishment of Fengcheng Company, passed the articles of association of Fengcheng Company, elected the first board of directors, supervisory board, and management team members of Fengcheng Company, and determined the construction schedule of the joint venture project.

Huang Mingqiang and Li Purong, as shareholder representatives, delivered speeches respectively, congratulating the successful convening of the founding meeting and hoping that Fengcheng Company, with the joint efforts of both shareholders, can improve the operational level of the joint venture, accelerate project construction progress, and achieve benefits as soon as possible, creating value for shareholders. Bao Junhua also expressed hopes and requirements for the next operation and development of Fengcheng Company.

The convening of this founding conference marks the official operation stage of the joint venture cooperation between Tongfeng Electronics and South Korean Chengmen Company.
