Recently, the company's labor union formed a team to participate in the 13th Municipal Games Five-a-side Men's Football Tournament and the 2021 City wide Female Workers' Jump Rope Competition. They won the "Sixth Place" in the football tournament and the "Excellent Award" in the individual event of the jump rope competition, demonstrating the spirit of unity, hard work, and positive progress of the company's employees.

The 13th Municipal Games is hosted by the Municipal People's Government, with a total of 15 teams from various counties, districts, and units participating in the five-a-side men's football tournament. The company union sent 10 team members to participate in the competition. After fierce competition, the company representative team stood out among many strong teams and won the "sixth place".

The city wide female workers' skipping rope competition is hosted by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, with a total of 35 units from the city's trade union system participating in teams. 222 female workers and 22 teams have respectively registered to participate in individual and collective events competitions. The company's labor union selected two outstanding female workers to participate in the singles event. After the brave efforts of the contestants, Sun Yanhong, a subsidiary of the capacitor company, ranked 11th among 222 contestants in the city with a good result of shaking 201 in one minute, and won the "Excellence Award".
