The first employee skills competition for forklifts and electricians was held on October 29th and November 6th respectively at Tongling Vocational and Technical College and Vocational Center. Company Party Secretary and Chairman Huang Mingqiang, General Manager Bao Junhua, Deputy Party Secretary and Union Chairman Pan Shiyu and other company leaders went to observe and guide.

This skills competition includes two projects, forklift and electrician, each of which is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical operation. More than 30 employees from various production units of the company actively signed up to participate. The content of the forklift practical examination is to transport pallets and enter and exit the warehouse according to the designated driving route within the specified time. The referee evaluates the operational standards of pre boarding inspection, during driving, and after receiving the vehicle, and provides feedback on the key points of safety regulations based on each participant's competition process. The content of the practical examination for electricians is "Mitsubishi PLC controlled motor star delta start", which requires accurate drawing of circuit diagrams, reasonable and effective program design, and correct wiring. The referee judges and scores the contestants based on their drawing, operation process, and wiring situation.

The contestants, with solid basic skills and good psychological qualities, have dedicated a series of exciting and diverse competitions to the audience present, demonstrating good professional skills and a positive and upward spirit. Based on the theoretical and practical examination results of the two projects, one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes were finally awarded for the forklift project, and one each for the first, second, and third prizes for the electrician project.

This skills competition has provided a platform for frontline operators of the company to showcase their job talents, exchange skills, and communicate with each other. It has increased equipment operation knowledge, strengthened safety regulations awareness, and improved business skills, playing a promoting role in cultivating and strengthening a high-quality skilled industrial workforce for the company.
