(2) Anhui Electronic Basic Materials and Component Engineering Technology Research Center

In 1998, the Electronic Components Engineering Research Center, approved by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, established a research and development service platform for electronic materials and components.

(3) Postdoctoral research workstation

At the end of 2003, the company was approved by the Ministry of Human Resources to establish a postdoctoral workstation, and in April 2004, signed an agreement with the University of Science and Technology of China to jointly build a postdoctoral workstation. We have formulated relevant regulations such as the "Interim Regulations on the Management of Postdoctoral Research Workstation of Anhui Tongfeng Electronics Group Co., Ltd." and the "Implementation Rules for Postdoctoral Mid term Assessment of Anhui Tongfeng Electronics Group Co., Ltd. Jointly recruited postdoctoral fellows with Hefei University of Technology and Nanjing University to conduct research work.

(4) Anhui Province Key Laboratory of Thin Film and Thin Film Capacitors

The Anhui Province Key Laboratory of Thin Film and Thin Film Capacitors was the second batch of provincial-level laboratories to be launched and constructed in 2010.

Engineering Technology Research Center

The Anhui Electronic Basic Materials and Components Engineering Technology Research Center was established in August 1998 and passed the acceptance inspection in September 2009. This center is the only provincial-level engineering technology research center in China that is engaged in both the development of thin film capacitors and their materials, as well as the development of crystal frequency devices and their materials.

The main content of the electronic materials and components research and development service platform is as follows:

(1) Research and development of new technologies, products, processes, and equipment.

(2) Provide new product testing and testing services for small and medium-sized enterprises in the electronic materials industry cluster.

(3) Provide technical consultation, guidance, and personnel training for small and medium-sized enterprises in the electronic materials industry cluster.

Anhui Province Thin Film and Thin Film Capacitors

Provincial laboratory

The Anhui Provincial Laboratory of Thin Film and Thin Film Capacitors was the second batch of provincial-level laboratories to be launched and constructed in 2010, and passed the acceptance inspection in December 2014.

Laboratory research direction:

1) Research and application of electrical thin films and their materials;

2) Research and application of thin film capacitors;

3) Development of experimental equipment;

4) Development of specialized equipment for thin film capacitors;

5) Research on the application of thin film capacitors in new fields;

6) Talent cultivation.

Based on the above research direction and combined with the actual situation of scientific research and products, the following research contents have been determined: establishing a sound laboratory quality management system according to standard requirements, developing some experimental equipment, studying the microstructure of existing electrical thin film products, researching and developing ultra-thin thin films, improving the performance of existing thin film capacitors, researching and developing thin film capacitors in new fields, and cultivating talents in the province.

The laboratory consists of a thin film research and development laboratory and a capacitor laboratory, with over 100 sets of testing equipment and experimental capabilities covering 28 national industry standards.
