On the afternoon of March 17th, the First Party Branch of the Film Branch held its 2025 organizational life meeting. Xie Yongming, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Tongling Economic Development Zone, attended the meeting to provide guidance and deliver a speech. The company's Party Secretary, Chairman Huang Mingqiang and other company leaders, as well as relevant responsible comrades from Tongling Economic Development Zone, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Secretary of the First Party Branch of the Film Branch conducted a comparative inspection on behalf of the branch committee team, and each branch committee member conducted a comparative inspection one by one. Criticism and self-criticism were carried out seriously among branch committee members and among party members. After listening to the speech, Xie Yongming pointed out that this organizational life meeting was well prepared, with prominent themes and a serious atmosphere. Everyone was able to connect their thoughts with practical work, open up to discuss problems and shortcomings, and conduct criticism and self-criticism in a relatively frank manner, achieving the goal of unifying ideas, increasing unity, and promoting work.

Regarding the strengthening of branch construction and the promotion of high-quality development of enterprises, Xie Yongming put forward three requirements: firstly, to continuously deepen theoretical armament and transform learning achievements into practical results for promoting development.   Secondly, we must take practical measures to rectify and implement strict work style throughout all aspects of the work process. We should sort out the problems identified one by one, establish a list, clarify responsible persons and completion deadlines, achieve goals, measures, tracking, and results, and resolutely prevent rectification from becoming a formality. Party members and cadres should take the lead in demonstrating and tackling challenges, demonstrate their identity and take the lead in key positions, and promote technological breakthroughs, production efficiency improvement, and market expansion with a strict work style. Thirdly, we will deepen the integration of the Party and industry, and transform organizational advantages into a powerful force for exploration and innovation. Actively explore effective paths of "Party building+technological breakthroughs", "Party building+market development", and "Party building+cost reduction and efficiency improvement", promote the deep integration of Party building and production and operation, fully leverage the role of branch fighting fortresses and Party members as pioneers and models, and transform Party building advantages into development advantages and competitive advantages.
