On January 8th, the second party congress of the company was successfully held in the vocational classroom on the second floor of the office building. The conference comprehensively summarized the party building and economic development work of the company over the past five years, analyzed the situation faced by the company in depth, clarified the company's development goals and party work tasks for the next stage, and elected the second party committee and disciplinary inspection committee of the company. Xie Yongming, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Tongling Economic Development Zone, attended the meeting to provide guidance and put forward hopes and requirements for the development of enterprises and party building work.

Huang Mingqiang, on behalf of the company's party committee, delivered a work report titled "Party building leads the aggregation of strength, transforms and upgrades to create a new chapter, and continues to strive for higher quality development of the company" to the conference.

The report reviews the achievements and progress made by the company in business development and party building over the past five years, while analyzing the problems and shortcomings in the work.   Further strengthen the five capacity building of "innovative research and development, market development, equipment manufacturing, control and governance, and talent support", continuously accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading, focus on improving scale efficiency and development quality, and empower enterprises with a new pattern of high-quality development through high-quality party building.

Tao Dinghai, on behalf of the company's discipline inspection commission, delivered a work report titled "Adhering to Comprehensive and Strict Party Governance, Strengthening Supervision, Discipline and Accountability, and Providing Disciplinary Guarantees for the High Quality Development of the Company".

The report summarizes the achievements of the company's party conduct, clean governance, institutional construction, and disciplinary supervision work over the past five years, clarifies the focus of the next stage of work, emphasizes the need to strengthen the comprehensive leadership of the party, closely follow the company's development strategy, focus on political supervision, deepen ideological guidance, continue to uphold positive conduct and discipline, strengthen team building, and promote comprehensive and strict governance of the party with higher standards and stricter requirements, to safeguard the company's new round of development.

Members of the Second Committee of the CPC Anhui Tongfeng Electronics Co., Ltd. and members of the Discipline Inspection Committee were elected by secret ballot.

After the closing of the conference, the second Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of the company held their first plenary meetings respectively, and elected the company's Party Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary in equal numbers.

This conference is an important meeting held during a critical period when the company's "14th Five Year Plan" goals have come to an end and a new stage of high-quality development has been vigorously launched.
