In order to further strengthen the construction of the company's quality management system, enhance professional capabilities in process auditing, and promote the two-way upgrading of product quality and operational efficiency, the company recently invited senior experts from SGS, a globally renowned inspection, appraisal, testing, and certification organization, to conduct a three-day VDA6.3:2023 process audit special training. Technical backbones, quality management personnel, and core production team members from various units participated together and successfully completed the training tasks through a diversified form of "theoretical lectures+case analysis+group discussions", achieving significant results.

To enhance the training effectiveness, this training innovatively introduced the mechanism of "group collaboration and discussion". According to the principle of "cross departmental mixed grouping", students form 10 study groups to conduct in-depth discussions around the practical topics assigned by the lecturer. The atmosphere at the discussion site was lively, and each group member fully combined their own job experience to propose insights from different dimensions such as research and development, production, procurement, and quality. Production department students shared practical experience in process parameter monitoring; Quality department students interpret the rectification ideas for common non conformities in audits; R&D department students focus on the key points of process review during the new product introduction phase. The lecturer provides comprehensive guidance throughout the entire process, providing precise guidance on the doubts raised in each group's discussion, helping students break down the barriers between "theoretical cognition" and "job practice".

The three-day training not only enabled the trainees to systematically master the core content and audit methods of the VDA6.3:2023 standard, but also improved employees' quality awareness through group discussions. After the training, the feedback from the trainees generally stated, "There was no rigid theoretical stacking in this training. The lecturer's explanation combined with case studies made the standards easy to understand, and group discussions helped us find the path of 'applying what we have learned'.
