In order to further promote the learning and education work of four key groups, including "top leaders", young cadres, newly promoted cadres, and key position cadres, and further strengthen the construction of party conduct and clean governance, the company held a meeting on anti-corruption warning education for leading cadres in the vocational classroom on the second floor of the office building on the afternoon of July 4th. More than 100 members of the company's party and government leadership team, party (general) branch secretaries, unit and department heads, functional department heads, branch (subsidiary) department managers, workshop directors and above attended the meeting.

The conference organized all attendees to watch the warning educational film 'Anti Corruption is Always on the Road III' in a concentrated manner. The film deeply analyzes several typical cases of serious violations of discipline and law by leading cadres in the region in recent years, revealing the painful lessons of some personnel losing their direction, breaking the bottom line, and crossing the red line in the face of power and temptation, and has strong warning significance.

The meeting also put forward requirements for further strengthening the construction of the company's party conduct and clean governance: firstly, to build a solid ideological foundation for resisting corruption and preventing changes. The fundamental internal cause of disciplinary and illegal behavior lies in the wavering of ideals and beliefs, and the failure of the "master switch". Leaders and cadres at all levels of the company must continuously strengthen their party spirit and moral cultivation, establish correct worldviews, outlooks on life, values, and political achievements, maintain a healthy lifestyle and noble spiritual pursuits, consciously resist various unhealthy tendencies, focus their energy on promoting the company's business development, project construction, technological innovation, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and market development, and repay the trust of the organization with practical achievements. The second is to deeply learn from the painful lessons of negative typical cases. Leaders and cadres at all levels of the company should always have a sense of awe, constantly think about the harm of greed, and always calculate the heavy political, economic, reputation, family, freedom, health and other costs that will be paid for violating discipline and law. They must be cautious of independence, initial, subtle, and friends, self respect, self reflection, self alarm, and self motivation, hold the bottom line, do not cross the red line, and do not touch the high-voltage line. The third is to strictly implement the system and supervise the education, management, and supervision of the cadre team. All levels of party organizations, units, and departments in the company must effectively shoulder their main responsibilities, strengthen daily supervision, education, and management of the cadre team, timely grasp ideological dynamics, and take early and small measures to address emerging and trending issues. We need to focus on key aspects such as project management, procurement and bidding, fund utilization, and personnel selection, strengthen institutional implementation and supervision, and allow power to operate in the sunshine.
