Each subsidiary and workshop actively organizes video education and themed lectures to popularize safety knowledge, interpret newly revised regulations such as the "Regulations on Safety Management of Electric Vehicle Charging and Parking", and deeply instill the concept of "safety first" in people's hearts, creating a strong atmosphere of "everyone talks about safety".

3、 Apply precise force and identify potential hazards. The core of this activity is to identify potential safety hazards around us. In conjunction with the newly launched "Internal Employee Reporting and Reward System for Safety Accident Hazards", the company has widely mobilized employees to become "safety whistleblowers", encouraging them to report various unsafe behaviors of people, unsafe status of equipment, unsafe factors of the environment, and management loopholes to the company. During the event, employees actively responded and proactively investigated potential hazards around them. Taking the dust explosion prevention control in the gold spraying process of the capacitor branch as a pilot project, an intelligent monitoring and early warning system will be constructed to monitor, dynamically warn, intelligently judge, and promptly dispose of key parameters such as dust collector start stop, pressure difference, air lock and ash discharge operation, and ash hopper temperature in real time.
