On November 26-27, the 5th plenary meeting of the Technical Committee of the 9th National Power Capacitor Standards Association and the 2024 annual meeting were held in Xi'an. As a member unit, the company was represented at the meeting by Bao Junhua, a member of the Power Capacitor Standardization Committee and the company's general manager.

This conference is hosted by Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the Secretariat of the National Power Capacitor Standardization Committee, and co organized by HeRong Electric Co., Ltd. Nearly 100 representatives from manufacturing enterprises and research institutes in the national power capacitor and its application industry, including members of the standardization committee, observers, consultants, and working group members, attended the meeting.

The meeting summarized the work of the 9th National Standardization Technical Committee for Power Capacitors, reviewed the financial income and expenditure reports of the committee from 2023 to 2024, reported on the revision of IEC standards in 2024, and reviewed and discussed the relevant standards for power capacitors for review. The conference also commended 11 units with outstanding contributions and 10 exemplary individual of the 9th Standardization Committee. The company was awarded the Outstanding Contribution Award, and Bao Junhua was named exemplary individual.

The company has always attached great importance to the revision of product technical standards. With decades of technical accumulation and industry experience in the film and capacitor industries, it actively leads or participates in the formulation of more than 20 national and industry standards. Bao Junhua also serves as a registered expert for IEC, serving as the convener of IEC TC33 MT25 and participating in the formulation and revision of multiple international standards. In the future, the company will adhere to technological innovation, actively participate in the preparation of more technical standards, and enhance its core competitiveness through continuous technological progress.
