Recently, the company successfully held the 2023 QC Achievement Release Competition in the vocational classroom on the second floor of the office building. The purpose of this competition is to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, improve quality, reduce consumption, and enhance economic benefits. A total of 15 QC teams from various production units of the company actively signed up to participate.

Chu Songchao, the executive deputy general manager and chief engineer of the company, attended the launch event and delivered a commentary and concluding speech. He affirmed the achievements made by each QC team over the past year and expressed his hope that all units would integrate QC activities into the entire process of product design, manufacturing, and service. He emphasized the need to focus on practical results, strengthen the transformation of QC achievements, and create greater economic benefits for the enterprise.

At the presentation session, each participating QC team fully demonstrated their achievements in quality improvement projects, covering areas such as device development, technology research and development, and management innovation. The QC results presented this time were innovative in form, significant in effect, and high in conversion rate, not only enhancing production efficiency and product quality but also providing useful references for other similar quality improvement projects.

After independent scoring by the judges and on-site announcement, the project achievement of "Improving the Qualification Rate of Bolt-type Aluminum Shells" from the Accessories Branch Company won the first prize. The project achievement of "Improving the Consistency of Transverse Tensile Strength of Large Film Rolls" from Tongai Company won the second prize. Three project achievements, namely "Improving the Excellent Product Rate of 1040mm Ultra-wide Film Slitting" and "Improving the Excellent Product Rate of Second-line Film" from the Film Branch Company, and "Reducing the Rework Rate of Supporting Capacitors" from Fengcheng Company, were awarded the third prize.
