This June marks the 23rd "Safe Production Month" nationwide. The company has organized a month-long series of activities centered around the theme "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response - Keeping the Life Channel Open", aiming to further enhance the company's safety production management and control level, improve employees' safety awareness and ability to avoid risks and evacuate, and ensure the safe and stable operation of production.

Firstly, we should make good arrangements and mobilizations. The company has established a leading group for the "Safe Production Month" activity, with General Manager Bao Junhua as the head, to organize and formulate the activity plan. At the end of May, the company's safety committee held a plenary meeting to study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on safe production, watched the theme promotional videos of the Safe Production Month and safety accident warning educational films, and announced the launch of the Safe Production Month activities, comprehensively deploying various tasks for the Safe Production Month.

Secondly, creating a safe atmosphere. The company headquarters and each branch (subsidiary) company have respectively promoted the theme of "Safe Production Month" and safety production knowledge through electronic screens, exhibition boards, WeChat, short videos, and other forms, popularizing the meaning of life channel signs, emergency escape knowledge, as well as the importance and legal responsibility of keeping life channels unobstructed.

Thirdly, we should highlight special rectifications. Firstly, we should emphasize the implementation of the three-year action plan for addressing the fundamental issues of safety production. Based on the actual situation, we should carry out the "eight major actions" for addressing the fundamental issues of safety production, implement the fifteen stringent measures for safety production, and accelerate the rectification of major accident hazards, forming a normalized mechanism for dynamic elimination and closed-loop management of major accident hazards. Secondly, we should highlight the special rectification of potential safety hazards of electric vehicles. Based on the "Copper Peak Company Electric Vehicle Charging and Parking Safety Management System", we should actively promote the implementation of normalized management of electric vehicle safety among our employees and relevant parties. Thirdly, we should highlight the special rectification of potential safety hazards such as illegal hot work and high-altitude operations. Focusing on the key rectification content and combining with the accident warning videos in recent years, we should further popularize the relevant norms for special operations, continuously enhance the safety awareness of employees, and improve the management requirements and management level of special operations.

Fourthly, conduct safety inspections. Leaders of the company's two-tier safety management committees have continuously led teams to carry out special safety inspections, focusing on checking the implementation of safety responsibilities in each unit, as well as the safety conditions of production workplaces, escape routes, key areas, and special equipment. The inspection results are reported, and specific rectification requirements and deadlines are proposed for identified risks and hazards. The company also mobilizes employees to identify potential safety hazards around them, using reward mechanisms to guide and encourage company staff to participate in the supervision of key areas and potential risks, actively discover safety hazards and violations around them, especially those blocking "escape routes" in densely populated areas, strengthen group prevention and control, and strive to be whistleblowers for safe production. In addition, the company invites external safety experts to conduct on-site safety inspection guidance to assist in the identification and rectification of safety hazards.

Fifthly, safety training was conducted. The company invited safety production experts to conduct special training for the main responsible persons, safety-in-charge responsible persons, workshop directors, team leaders, representatives of the labor union or operating staff, safety officers, and equipment and technical management personnel of various production units and functional departments. The training focused on how to revise and improve the company's job safety operation procedures, how to identify major accident hazards, and other related content, further enhancing the safety awareness and capabilities of the cadres and employees.

Sixth, organize emergency drills. Each unit of the company should organize and carry out fire emergency drills as well as special drills for emergency escape in situations involving dust explosions, confined spaces, and chemical spills. These drills provide practical simulations for employees, enhance their ability to respond to emergency situations, and strengthen their knowledge of self-protection and first aid.

Seventh, a safety knowledge contest was held. The contest centered around safety production policies, laws and regulations, company safety management systems, emergency response measures for risk avoidance and escape, criteria for identifying major accident hazards, and job responsibilities for safety production. It was conducted in the form of on-site group quick response and aimed to popularize knowledge. A total of 19 teams from various production units of the company actively signed up to participate.

There is only a starting point for safe production, not an end. Based on the "Safe Production Month" campaign, the company will continue to strengthen the control of safe production and ensure high-quality development with high-level safety guarantees.
