The 4th Anhui Province Quality Innovation Skills Competition was held in Suzhou City from December 21st to 24th. More than 400 QC projects from various industries in the province compete, exchange ideas, and showcase their talents on the same stage. The QC projects selected by the company have achieved excellent results with 1 first prize and 4 third prizes.

The theme of this competition is "Integrating Quality and Education to Cultivate Craftsmen, Transforming and Innovating to Improve Quality and Efficiency", aiming to vigorously promote the spirit of craftsmanship that strives for excellence, stimulate the vitality of quality innovation among employees, promote the improvement of enterprise quality management level, facilitate communication and cooperation between enterprises, and assist in the high-quality development of the province's economy.

Among numerous excellent competition projects, the project "Improving the High Quality Rate of 2.4-micron BOPP Electrical Film" by the Capacitor Film Branch stood out and won the first prize in the competition. This project focuses on practical problems in enterprise production, and through scientific analysis and experiments, effective solutions have been found. Not only does it save costs for the enterprise, but it also improves product quality and market competitiveness.

In addition, four projects, namely "Improving the Qualification Rate of Aluminum Shells" by the Accessories Branch, "Reducing the Number of Cleaning Mold Lips and Increasing the Input Output Rate of Large Film Rolls" by Copper Love Company, "Improving the High Quality Rate of Small Sized Finished Films under 40mm Width" by the Coating Branch, and "Optimizing Design and Improving the Chip Placement Rate" by Fenghua Company, won the third prize in the competition. The achievement of these results not only reflects the extraordinary strength of the company in the field of quality management, but also demonstrates the extensive and continuous deepening of QC group activities in the company.
