On December 2nd, 2023, the Tongling Workers' Fitting Skills Competition was held at Tongling Polytechnic School. After fierce competition, company employee Zhang Hongbiao stood out from numerous competitors and won the second prize.

This competition is a category of skills competition for employees in the city under the theme of "Building Achievements in the 14th Five Year Plan and Advancing on a New Journey". It is hosted by the Tongling City Federation of Trade Unions, organized by the Suburban Federation of Trade Unions, and co organized by Tongling Polytechnic School. The event has received positive responses from all county and district (economic development zone) federations of trade unions and enterprises in the city, with a total of 47 employees from 16 representative teams participating. The competition has determined one first prize, three second prizes, and six third prizes.

The company's labor union actively responded to the call of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and selected the top three from the 2022 company's fitter skills competition to participate in the competition. In the competition, three contestants from the company fearlessly competed against strong opponents and actively demonstrated their superb skills such as marking, sawing, drilling, filing, matching, reaming, and tapping, showcasing the style of industrial workers in the new era of the company.
