On the afternoon of September 26th, the launch meeting of the Anhui Provincial Key R&D Program for Collaborative Innovation of High tech Industry Chain in the High tech Field "Key Technology Research and Industrialization of New Energy Capacitors and Their Components and Composite Dielectric Materials" project was successfully held in the lobby of the first floor of the new production line of the Thin Film Branch. Shi Hongqiang, Deputy Director of the High tech Department of Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Dai Pangda, Deputy Secretary General of Tongling Municipal Government, Xie Yongming, Director of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, relevant leaders of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and Tongling Economic Development Zone, Huang Mingqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, Chu Songchao, Executive Vice General Manager and Chief Engineer, project consulting and demonstration experts, project cooperation units and relevant sub project leaders attended. In the first stage of the kickoff meeting, Huang Mingqiang first delivered a welcome speech, warmly welcoming all leaders and experts to come and guide, and expressing sincere gratitude to the provincial, municipal, and district science and technology departments for their care and support during the project application and approval process. Huang Mingqiang introduced the company's business development, technological innovation, project construction, industry university research cooperation, and other situations. On behalf of the project undertaking unit and the cooperating unit, he stated that he will strictly abide by the project management system, ensure funding investment, clarify responsibilities, closely cooperate, carefully organize scientific research, ensure efficient project promotion, and achieve expected results.

Dai Pangda delivered a speech on behalf of the municipal government, congratulating the successful convening of the project launch meeting and thanking the Provincial Department of Science and Technology for its care and support for Tongling's scientific and technological work and industrial innovation. He requested that the municipal science and technology department strengthen service guidance during the project implementation process, and hoped that the project undertaking units and cooperating units would closely cooperate and work together to do a good job in project implementation management, seize opportunities in the new energy market, achieve deep integration of the innovation chain, technology chain, talent chain, and capital chain, and transform the joint technological achievements of the project into competitive advantages for the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.

Shi Hongqiang delivered a mobilization speech on behalf of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, calling for the implementation of collaborative innovation in the industrial chain. One is to improve the standing position. The project management unit and the undertaking unit should fully recognize the significant significance of carrying out collaborative innovation in the industrial chain, and bravely become pioneers in technology and industrial innovation. The second is to raise standards. The project undertaking unit shall promote the project implementation with higher standards and stricter requirements, and complete the key tasks on time with quality and quantity guaranteed by centering on the progressiveness technology and industrialization goals. The third is to strengthen collaboration. The project management unit and the undertaking unit should use the industrial chain project as a bridge and link, regularly hold coordination meetings, do a good job in internal and external coordination and communication, strengthen project implementation process management, and truly achieve the goal of collaborative innovation in the industrial chain.

In the second stage of the kick-off meeting, Chu Songchao reported on the overall situation of the industrial chain collaborative innovation project on behalf of the project undertaking unit, and each sub project leader reported the specific content of each sub project. Experts from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei University of Technology, Anqing Normal University, and Tongling University had in-depth exchanges with project undertaking units, cooperating units, and sub project leaders on project research and development, implementation plans, technological innovation points, etc., and put forward positive opinions and suggestions.

After the kickoff meeting, the attending leaders and experts also visited the new production line 7 of the film branch.

The launch of the Industrial Chain Collaborative Innovation Special Project is the first layout and attempt of the Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology in the provincial key research and development plan. It mainly targets the major scientific and technological needs of the top ten emerging industries and local advantageous industries in the province. Led by industry backbone enterprises, it collaborates with upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain to carry out organized research and development innovation. This project is led by the company and jointly undertaken and implemented by relevant domestic enterprises and research institutes of universities.
