On the morning of April 27th, on the occasion of International Labor Day, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions held the 2023 Tongling City Celebration "May Day" Advanced Female Workers Collective and Individual Commendation Conference, solemnly commending the advanced female workers collective and individual who have achieved excellent results in 2021. At the meeting, Comrade Wu Ping, Secretary of the Party Branch and Minister of the Technical Quality Department of the Accessories Branch, was awarded the honorary title of "Tongling City May Day Women's Model", showcasing the women's strength and style of the company's female employees who have made contributions to their positions.

Comrade Wu Ping has been awarded honorary titles such as "Outstanding Communist Youth League Member of Tongling City" and "Anhui Province Women's Merit Model". Since starting work, she has been rooted in the front line of quality management and product development in the company for more than 30 years. With a strong sense of responsibility and mission, she has worked diligently and wholeheartedly to do her job well, achieving a series of outstanding results. Accumulatively obtained 3 national invention patents and 25 utility model patents, and participated in multiple research and development projects, winning first and second prizes for municipal scientific and technological progress and provincial scientific and technological achievement awards respectively; Actively participating in mentorship and mentoring activities, cultivating dozens of young technical talents since entering the industry; Actively carrying out QC activities, won the first prize of "Excellent Quality Management Group of China Electronics Industry" 9 times, and won the second prize of "First Anhui Province Enterprise Quality Improvement Classic Case and QC Group Achievement Publication Competition", the second prize of the third Anhui Province Quality Innovation Skills Competition, and the third prize of the first Tongling City Enterprise Quality Improvement Classic Case and QC Group Achievement Publication Competition.
