From January 11th to 14th, the third Anhui Province Quality Innovation Skills Competition of the "Changjiang Iron and Steel Rongheng Cup" was held in Chaohu. About 160 enterprises and research institutes from the whole province participated in this competition. The competition focuses on showcasing and exchanging projects from six aspects: QC team, Six Sigma, 8D, Quality Management Innovation, Lean Production, and Quality Trustworthy Team. Nearly 200 entries were made over a period of 2 days and competed on six different stages. The company sent four representative teams to participate in the QC group and 8D project competitions, and successfully won one second prize and three third prizes.

The theme of this competition is "Innovation driven Quality and Efficiency Improvement", aiming to vigorously promote the craftsmanship spirit of striving for excellence, stimulate the quality innovation vitality of employees, and promote various enterprises to actively use advanced quality tools and methods. The company's participating teams have won the recognition and approval of the judges with their high spirited demeanor, excellent on-site explanations, and outstanding project achievements, showcasing the style of the company's quality managers. After fierce competition, the Accessories Branch won the second prize in the QC group for "Improving the Qualification Rate of PBT Single Ear Plastic Shell", the Film Branch won the third prize in the QC group for "Improving the Cutting Excellence Rate of Six Wire 2.9-micron Ultra Thin BOPP Film", and the Copper Love Company won the third prize for "Improving the Cutting Excellence Rate of Capacitor Film". The Film Branch won the third prize in the 8D Project for "8D Improvement Report on Black Spot on Film Surface".

In addition to actively participating in QC and 8D projects, the company's representative team also went to lean production, Six Sigma and other project sites to learn and exchange ideas, striving to improve the application level of various quality tools.
