In the argon arc welding skills competition, contestants use their proficient skills to measure and position on the control panel, and then use welding equipment and welding materials to complete the welding of welded joints. The on-site arc light is overflowing and welding flowers are flying. The originally independent stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and components are transformed into finished welded parts under the operation of the contestants. The fitter skills competition consists of two parts: theoretical knowledge and practical operation competition, and the practical competition site appears particularly lively. Contestants complete the machining of parts using methods such as filing, sawing, drilling, and tapping according to the requirements of the part drawings. They work diligently on the control panel to ensure that each step and operation is precise and error free. On the field, the contestants demonstrated their professional skills, and the referees were meticulous in judging their works. In the end, one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes were selected for the argon arc welding project, as well as one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes for the fitter project.

This skills competition is a comprehensive test of the company's argon arc welding and fitter skills, and also provides a platform for frontline employees to showcase their job talents, exchange skills, and communicate with each other.
