On June 10th, the company's 2022 QC achievement press conference was successfully held in the vocational classroom on the second floor of the company's office building. More than 40 people, including General Manager Bao Junhua, Executive Vice General Manager, Chief Engineer, and Director of the Technical Center Chu Songchao, as well as leaders in charge of various subsidiaries, heads of technical quality departments, and business backbones, attended the press conference.

The QC teams of each subsidiary company participating in the press conference will discuss and explain their achievements in quality management innovation practices in 2021 in the form of text, charts, data analysis, etc. The QC achievements of each group are close to reality, with clear thinking, detailed data, and complete steps, fully demonstrating the employees' innovative consciousness and reflecting the characteristics of QC achievements being lively, small, practical, and new. Starting from professional and management techniques, the judges accurately evaluated the PDCA cycle of QC activities in each group, the logical relationship of activity procedures, the application of tools and methods, and the authenticity and effectiveness of activities. They also provided guidance on the improvement, optimization, and practical direction of QC results.

After on-site evaluation by the judges, a total of 1 first prize, 1 second prize, and 3 third prizes were awarded. Among them, the film branch company won the first prize for "improving the excellent cutting rate of six line 2.9 μ m ultra-thin BOPP film", and the accessory branch company won the second prize for "improving the qualification rate of PBT single ear plastic shell".

After the review results were announced, Bao Junhua affirmed the efforts and research achievements of each QC team over the past year, and put forward hopes and requirements for the company's QC activities. Bao Junhua pointed out that all units and departments of the company should adhere to, inherit, and carry forward the excellent corporate culture tradition of QC activities, vigorously cultivate backbone talents for promoting quality management group activities, strengthen the company's quality management activity team, continuously improve the quality management level of the enterprise, and enhance product quality, production efficiency, and economic benefits. Chu Songchao commented on the progressiveness and creativity of each QC team's topic selection, the vividness and effectiveness of the content, and the attention to details of material preparation, and put forward requirements.

This press conference provides a platform for the various QC teams of the company to communicate with each other, learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses, and enhance the enthusiasm and creativity of the majority of employees to participate in QC team activities. It plays a positive role in strengthening basic management, cultivating talent teams, and promoting cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the company.
