In order to improve the driving operation skills of new employees, ensure their personal safety, ensure safe production, and improve work efficiency, the Film Branch recently conducted a special safety training on "Driving Operation Skills" for new operators.

The training is divided into two parts: theoretical learning and practical operation. In theoretical learning, the safety management personnel of the branch company explain driving safety knowledge, operating procedures, key points of operation, protective measures, emergency response methods for faults, and other content to new employees. In practical operation, the four shift leaders of the Thin Film Branch provided guidance and feedback on the on-site driving operations of new employees in batches according to four operating shifts, promptly corrected non-standard behaviors and actions, and imparted their experience and insights on driving operations.

Through this training, new employees have improved their professional skills and safety awareness in driving operations, strengthened team safety management, and further consolidated the foundation of safety production.
