Before the Spring Festival, the production C-line workshop of the capacitor film branch organized safety training for each team. This training focuses on hazard identification and follows the requirements of "zero tolerance for hidden dangers and zero violation of operations", so that all team members can always maintain a clear mind, remember their safety responsibilities, and ensure the safety production work during the Spring Festival. The workshop regularly conducts safety training, implements a monthly incentive system for team safety assessment indicators, and enhances the safety production knowledge and operational skills of all employees. The on duty team leaders in the workshop also gave on-site lectures on safety production regulations, operating procedures, and other safety points at the pre shift meeting, instilling safety awareness into the hearts of every employee.

One is to improve various safety management systems, strengthen system implementation and supervision, strictly implement subject responsibility, territorial responsibility, and regulatory responsibility, and deploy and implement safety production and production and operation work together.
