On the morning of June 8, 2017, the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the integrated management system of the two industries was held in the large conference room on the first floor of the company's office building. Attendees included leaders from the Tongling Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, members of the Anhui Hehui Information Management Consulting Group, the General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Tongfeng Company, leaders from the branch factories, and managers from various departments of the machinery.  

The kickoff meeting was presided over by Vice General Manager Fang Xigang, announcing the establishment of the Two Integration Management System Standardization Project Team. After listening to the report of the Hehui Information Management Consulting Group on the standardization work, General Manager Tang Zhongmin issued important instructions, emphasizing that this standardization should be close to the actual situation of Tongfeng Company, not go through formalities, and all departments should actively cooperate to achieve essential standardization. Comrade Cha Qianlin, a member of the Party Committee of Tongling Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, gave a guiding speech at the meeting. He pointed out that the integration of information and technology management system can comprehensively improve the modernization level of enterprise management and ultimately achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise itself. The implementation of standards requires the attention of leaders and the participation of all staff. He hopes that Tongfeng Company will become a demonstration enterprise for the implementation of the integration of information and technology management system in the city. Finally, Vice General Manager Fang Xigang made a concluding speech, and all departments involved in the implementation of the integrated management system of informatization and industrialization participated throughout the process. They attached great importance to training work and wished the implementation a complete success.

In the afternoon, the training meeting on the implementation of the integrated management system of the two industries kicked off in the vocational classroom on the second floor of the office building. Relevant personnel from the technical, sales, procurement, production, quality, warehouse and other departments of the subsidiary companies, as well as department leaders, participated in the training. At the meeting, Professor Zhang from Hehui Consulting explained the definition of integrated integration of the two industries and the significance of enterprises carrying out integrated integration of the two industries.
